"Get Dressed in Five Minutes"
"Let's go!" I'd yell. Instantly, we were throwing on shoes, clothes, hats - whatever was necessary to cover nakedness and/or pajamas and we would run to the car, usually giggling and laughing so hard we were almost falling to the ground. A spontaneous donut run to Lamar's for hot glazed donuts on any given morning. This was during our home-school days when every day was a new experience, and a new opportunity to teach and learn in ways we created.
So, yes, I learned and my kids learned how to get dressed in five minutes.... or less.
While at the doctor's office, a picture on the wall, titled, "Every Woman Should" intrigued me so much that I want to share it with you in this weekly series appropriately named: "Every Woman Should". Every Tuesday, I write about the next line in the poem/essay. Of course, I would love to hear about your experiences on the topic in either the comment section or on your blog.
